Custom delivery truck baby block walker. The pictures displayed a ton of bricks, mostly arranged nicely in the truck, and the quality and shapes of the bricks were why I picked this item. When it showed up, I could only see 3 tiny blocks... I was pretty let down, but no worries, they’re all there, hidden under more packaging at the bottom of the truck! I reached out to babyblooms about this, and they guided me on how to locate them - fantastic follow-up service! Thanks a bunch!

What a fantastic online shopping experience! I really appreciated the personal touch from Sharon on the customer service team, just making sure everything was headed to the right address. The gift arrived the very next day, and let me tell you, it was stunning! After being disappointed by another brand that tried to mess with my delivery date and the color of my gift after I had placed my order, BabyBlooms really shows how a company should run. I give them a perfect score on all fronts!

Sharon is fantastic! I recently placed an order for a present for a buddy, and everything was set when she reached out to me three times to let me know that another customer had picked the exact same present for the same person.

To prevent my friend from getting the same gift twice, Sharon generously called me, which she totally didn’t have to do, and suggested a pricier option without charging me the extra cost.

As someone who’s been in customer service, I was really blown away by her level of care!

Big thanks for providing free personalisation! I placed my order after my regular baby gift shop began to slap on a crazy fee for personalisation. So far, I'm really pleased with everything.

A little let down. I got the "Bertie Bear Welcome Hamper," which should include a teddy bear (you know, like the name suggests).

But what I received was a rather cheap-looking white stuffed rabbit instead.

Since it was a gift sent to a friend, returning it feels a bit awkward.

I wouldn’t suggest this. For £70, I’d expect something way better.

On the bright side, delivery was super quick and hassle-free.

So, my pals thought it’d be a nice gesture to surprise me, knowing I’m all about natural products, especially for my little one. They gifted me some stuff from Baby Blooms. Fast forward to November 2020, and guess what? The baby care cream and the moisturizing baby lotion both have an expiration date from December 2019! Can you believe it? These items went bad a whole year ago! If you’ve purchased anything from this brand, do yourself a favor and check those expiry dates. Spread the word so others don’t fall for this shady company...

I just got my order - Tilly and Tommy dolls for our twin grandkids' first birthday. The dolls are adorable and came in their own gift boxes, all packed in a larger box. The level of detail is incredible, from the tissue paper inside the gorgeous gift box to the ribbon and card on the outside. Truly outstanding.
